While the people of Sweden look forward to their Midsummer festivities, workshops are eagerly awaiting a genuine first for cars from the country’s brand Volvo. 

We are one of the first aftermarket suppliers to add a multi V-belt for Volvo OE no. 31430733 to our range. This means that workshops are already able to offer a tailor-made solution for Volvo XC40, XC60 and XC90 mild-hybrid models, where the multi V-belt reliably drives key ancillary units, such as the air conditioning compressor and water pump.

As well as catering to Volvo enthusiasts, our range of multi V-belts now features six more new models. These include both EXTRA belt versions for special engine requirements and ELAST belts for engines that do not need an additional tensioner pulley. Thanks to this variety, the new belts cover around 1.6 million vehicle applications in Europe – and workshops are ideally equipped for carrying out repairs to current models. 

Incidentally, there’s also news regarding timing belt applications for Volvo: Two new timing belt kits – CT1253 K1 and CT1254 K1 – are now available for Volvo 2.0l mild-hybrid engines built since 2019. These are fitted in the XC40, XC60 and XC90 models, with a total of around 600,000 in action around Europe.
